How much does event photography cost in Warsaw?
Event photography in Warsaw pricing depends on the duration, the program intensity, the number of attendees, and how quickly you need the photos delivered.
A one-day conference for 80–100 people in a single venue with standard delivery is priced differently from a high-intensity day with 150+ attendees across multiple rooms and same-day turnaround. The more I know about your event upfront, the more accurate the quote I can give you.

Do you charge per hour or per event?
For events up to around 3 hours, an hourly rate usually works best. For longer events or multi-day programs, a full-event rate tends to be more straightforward and often more cost-effective for the client. I’ll suggest the option that makes the most sense for your specific format.
I have a fixed photography budget — can you work within it?
Yes. Many of my clients share their budget when they first reach out for the event photographer in Warsaw, and I find that approach makes the whole process easier. If your budget is set, I’ll suggest the best possible coverage within that range — so you get the most value from every hour of shooting.

How many photos will I receive from the event?
Enough to tell the full story of your event — without overwhelming you with hundreds of near-identical frames. The final number depends on the intensity of the program and the number of attendees — which is why I ask about both before we start. If a specific minimum matters to you, it can be written into the contract. Being an event photographer in Warsaw I deliver a curated selection: for a 1–2 hour event, that’s a minimum of 40 photos; for a full-day conference, from 150 and up. In practice, you’ll usually receive more.
Can I get photos on the same day of the event?
Yes. Same-day delivery means your photos are ready while the event is still fresh — ideal for live social media coverage or press publication. Just let me know at least one day before the shoot so I can plan accordingly. For press events, fast turnaround is my default. I spent years working in media and I know how much a few minutes can matter.
There’s also a lighter option: a curated selection of 10 highlights delivered the same day, ready to post immediately.
Do you have experience with large-scale events?
Yes. I’m a professional event photographer in Warsaw and I’ve photographed conferences with 200+ and 350+ attendees, as well as large outdoor events with several thousand participants. If your event is large or logistically complex, that’s exactly the kind of shoot I’m comfortable with.
Do you work alone or with a second photographer?
For most events I work alone — which keeps communication simple and the budget predictable. For large events with an intensive or parallel program, I can bring in a second photographer whose work and style I know well. This is always agreed in advance and included in the overall quote, so there are no surprises.
